A.French transport law states that all of the clients in each of our vehicles must have a pre-booked reservation.

Q.How far in advance do I need to book?
A. You must reserve your transfer at least 48 hours in advance, but the best is more than 5 days before your arrival/departure.

Q.When is your earliest pick-up at the airport ? And Your latest?
A. Private shuttle service runs 24/24 7/7. However, please note you will have a supplement for night booking or reservation on saturday or sunday.

Q.Where must I go when I arrive at the airport ?
A. The driver will be waiting you after the custom with your name on a panel.

Q.Are your shuttles non smoking? Air conditionned? How many do they seat ?
A. All shuttle are non smoking and air conditioned. We have both 4 seater cars and 8 seater vans.

Q.Why I have to confirm my departure reservation ?
A.For your departure reservation, you must call Airport-Shuttle.com (number will be written on your confirmation) in order to confirm the pick up with the driver.

Q.How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before transfer with no charge. After this time, no refund are possible.

Q.What's up if my arriving flight is delayed ?
A.Please call Airport-Shuttle.com.

Q. At which terminal will the driver drop me off ?
A.The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are flying with. That's why we need for the departure your correct flight information.

Q. How much should I tip the driver?
A.Tips are at the discretion of the passenger and according to the service they received.

Q.How long will it take to get to my hotel?
Your estimated times of transport from CDG/Roissy airport (based on post/zip code):
60 Minutes: 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th arrondissement
75 Minutes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 12nd
90 Minutes: 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th arrondissement
